Complaints

If a client should make a complaint we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and to the client’s satisfaction. Clients who are dissatisfied with our response may have the right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman’s website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk  will provide detailed information and the procedure for submitting a complaint
