James Harrison

Chief Executive Officer - Executive Director; Non-Independent

James joined Fiske in 1996 in the private client investment department and manages a substantial client portfolio. He served as Company Secretary from 2001 to 2005 and was appointed to the Board as an executive director in May 2007. He became Chief Executive Officer following the Annual General Meeting held on 25 September 2014. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

James is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company, implementing the strategy agreed by the Board and delivering its commercial objectives. He leads the executive management and oversees the management of operational, financial and regulatory risks, reporting to the Board on performance and significant issues.

Independence
As Chief Executive Officer and an executive director, James is non-independent.

Fiske is a London-based investment manager and stockbroker. We offer services to Individuals, Professional Advisers, and Companies and Trusts. We also run the Atlas Global Equity Income Fund.
