Martin Perrin

Non-executive Director

Martin Perrin joined the Board as a non-executive Director in November 2003. Having read Chemistry at Oxford, he trained as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell. After qualifying he joined National Semiconductor. He has since had wide international experience, primarily in the United States and across continental Europe, of operations and finance in technology companies. He joined Grahams Rintoul as a fund manager in 1988, and upon its acquisition by Lazard Brothers in 1993 he switched to a corporate finance role. He subsequently returned to industry roles joining Qualcomm and, later, Vipera plc. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute and a Director of The Investment Company Plc.

Martin is a non-executive Director of the Board.
