Tony Pattison

Non-Executive Director - Non-Independent

Tony is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and brings extensive experience in investment management and the management of investment businesses. He ceased to be Chairman and an executive director on 23 March 2026 and remains on the Board as a non-executive director. He chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Tony contributes to the Board’s consideration of strategy, commercial objectives and risk, drawing on his investment management experience and knowledge of the Company. As Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, he leads its work on remuneration arrangements, Board composition and succession planning, subject to the Committee’s terms of reference and conflict-of-interest arrangements.

Independence
The Board does not consider Tony to be independent, reflecting his recent service as an executive director of the Company.
