Martin Perrin appointed Chairman
Martin Perrin, a Non-Executive Director of Fiske for the past 22 years, has been named the new Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Tony Pattison, who stepped down in March after almost two-and-a-half years in the role.
Martin is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Director of The Investment Company plc. As well as working in fund management, he has extensive experience with technology companies in both Europe and the US.
Everyone at Fiske would like to take this opportunity to thank Tony for his time as Chairman. We are delighted to confirm that he has retained a seat on the Board and will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director.
